ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way !

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES (USA & CANADA) AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: 

-We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35

-We charge $3.99 shipping on orders under $35

-Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

Australia, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherland, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Poland, South Africa, Cyprus, Ireland, Greece, Bulgaria, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Finland, Denmark, Norse, Mexico, Israel, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia, turkey, NZ, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, republic of Lithuanian, Croatia, Slovenia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Angola, Egypt.

-Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout

-Delivery time is 7 to 15 days depending on the country

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kerd’s Luxe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@kerdsluxe.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
